5. Subscription and Billing
Some services or software features may be offered on a paid project, subscription, retainer, or usage basis. Pricing, billing cycles, renewal terms, and scope are communicated in a proposal, order form, or product checkout flow.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once work has started or service access has been provisioned. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers subject to their own terms.
6. Content You Provide
You may provide prompts, documents, media, datasets, business context, feedback, or other materials. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, and use that content to deliver and improve the Service for you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or website. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
